Now on 16th of August, 2019 again they changed the status of my product and issued replacement again on 16th and erased the past record, and change all the dates now its showing they have recieved the product means the service center on 6th of august and replacement was issued to me on 16th august, I have contacted them about this, there is no response from them about all this.Meanwile, I was tracking it's status by the tracking AWB. My Ticket Number is 382468, I have tried a lot times nd contacted their customer care, they told me we would dispatch the product by August first week, and on 6th of August replacement was issued to me, then they told me its raining in mumbai so delivery would be delayed we would dispatch it by next week, and this thing continues, I used to call almost each nd everyday nd they won't pick up the call after about 5 tries of waiting they use to pick up the call, and again the same story the product is out of stock we would deliver it my next week, and again Saturday Sunday comes, on Saturday they say " Tomorrow is Sunday, sir please call us on Monday we would dispatch your product". Since then I haven't received a single mail from them. I bought Boat Rockerz 510 Molten orange (382468) headphones from Amazon on 4th May of 2019.After around two months it was having a problem that only one side was working the other side was not working and I contacted Boat Customer Care about the problem and the product was taken away on 22nd July, 2019 for replacement.It's my 34th day since my headphones are with Boat, they have received my headphones on 24th of July, and I have received a mail stating that we will revert you back in 4 days about the repair or replacement.
